Sri Devidas (formerly Devatma Saraswati) began his devotions to spirituality after an intense spiritual awakening at 17 years old. His kundalini shakti was then awakened through shaktipat by a siddha guru at age 24. This led him on many extended journeys through India and south east Asia studying with several great masters, whom trained him in the esoteric teachings of yoga, tantra, and Vedanta as well as Taoism and Buddhism.
