The immense bliss at the heart center, hrdayakasha, is available to everyone at all times; however for most of us there is a layer of repressed emotions preventing us from experiencing that bliss. To free your heart from all repressed emotions and liberate the trapped energy within is the objective of this four week workshop.

  • This workshop you have to follow if you want to liberate yourself from the sometimes overwhelming emotions. You learn to stay more in the witness consciousness. I can now experience an emotion, in the present moment, but I can also release it much easier. Now I also released my repressed emotions off the past I live much more free. Like a container is emptied .I don’t escape from the thoughts and feelings but have a different relationship to them. I don’t have to believe my thoughts. It allows choice, rather than reaction. The paradox is that being attached to an emotion, for example my grievances I now approach it with tender , non judging witness consciousness.. I can see what makes that I have that certain feeling. I learned during this workshop to have more compassion towards myself. And stay in my inner joy. So if you want to give yourself a huge present sign up for this great workshop.
