This is a six week course where you learn how to meditate using the traditional yogic method of Antar Mouna to purify the mind and subconscious, cultivate awareness, become your own therapist, and experience progressively deeper states of inner silence, serenity and tranquility.
Antar Mouna means “Inner Silence”. Inner silence is in more than one way the prerequisite for a stable, fruitful and meaningful life. Starting from external sense stimuli, we gradually learn to silence the mind and manage the internal thought processes. This helps us to meditate much easier and more naturally. The practice of Antar Mouna not only helps your meditation practice but it results in emotional stability, heightens your awareness and assists you in taking charge of life.
As in any process that helps us to withdraw the senses and go within, Antar Mouna allows you to progress day by day as you learn to make contact with that perfect bliss of our own true nature. As you learn the stages to Antar Mouna, you become more peaceful and less reactive to situations, people and events. This greatly empowers you to develop a fully integrated perspective of life that is essential for a joy-filled and prosperous life!
